Job Summary

As a Resolution Coordinator, Contact Center Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving reputed company issues and providing expert support to our clients, stores, and partners. You will be part of a high-volume contact center that handles over 10 reputed company contacts annually, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse reputed company of customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners

  • Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
