About the Role

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to reputed company our Core Portal team, which owns the central platform powering how customers interact with Kodex. This is one of the most visible and impactful teams at the company — everything our customers do runs through the portal. You’ll manage and mentor a growing team of ~8 reputed company engineers, partner closely with Product and Design, and set the technical and organizational direction for a critical surface of our business. What You’ll Do

• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of engineers, supporting growth through feedback, reviews, and career development.
• Partner with Product to define roadmaps, set clear goals, and translate strategy into execution.
• reputed company sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery processes that balance roadmap work, technical debt, and incident response.
• Drive architectural reputed company and ensure the team builds scalable, reliable systems.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where engineers reputed company and do their best work.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• At least 4–5 years as a hands-on software engineer, and 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Can mentor engineers and build strong, inclusive teams.
• Have led teams through growth and delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Are comfortable balancing technical trade-offs with product and business priorities.
• Have experience with on-call rotations, incident management, and building reliable systems.

• Have prior hands-on engineering experience and the technical depth to guide decision-making.
