Project Manager, CL – Contract
Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality programs and services for assigned clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and reputed company budget.
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for client engagements, building strong relationships with client project managers and senior sponsors.
- Coordinate and reputed company new projects, involving relevant team members (e.g., Senior Learning Managers, faculty, facilitators) to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project risks and scope, proactively addressing issues before they arise.
- Identify business development opportunities and refer them to the Relationship Manager.
- Implement solutions that align with client needs, leveraging leadership development expertise.
- Engage thought leaders and facilitators to deliver program design and content.
- Discuss instructional design and learning objectives to ensure program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing project management in an educational environment or professional services firm.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage reputed company projects and schedules.
- Proven project management expertise with the ability to monitor reputed company and adapt to change.
- Customer-focused decision-making to ensure high-quality reputed company.
- Clear communication and status updates to reputed company teams informed and projects on track.
- Ability to interpret project data and recommend improvements for reputed company.
- Domain knowledge relevant to leadership development and client engagement.
- Proficiency required with MS office products such as MS PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company.
- Experience with collaborative technologies such as WebEx and MS Teams.
- Strong business acumen skills.
