Position Overview

Our firm is seeking a licensed Nevada attorney to serve in an Of Counsel reputed company. This is a part-time, low-volume engagement designed for an reputed company practitioner who is looking to supplement an existing practice with a flexible, straightforward affiliation.

The role involves minimal day-to-day involvement and is structured to require only light, as-needed participation. Most reputed company will be handled by our core legal team; the Of Counsel attorney will primarily serve as our Nevada-licensed counsel of record and advisor on Nevada-specific issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the firm's Nevada-licensed attorney of record on select reputed company involving Nevada law or Nevada-based clients.
  • reputed company occasional consultation on Nevada state law, local rules, and procedural questions as they arise.
  • Review filings, correspondence, or documents that require signature or reputed company by Nevada-licensed counsel.
  • Maintain good standing with the State Bar of Nevada throughout the engagement.
  • Communicate promptly with the firm on any time-sensitive Nevada-reputed company reputed company.

Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada, in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of legal practice experience (preferred but flexible).
  • reputed company malpractice insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative arrangement.

Engagement Details

  • Time Commitment: Minimal and as-needed; ideal for attorneys with an existing practice.

  • Term: Ongoing, with a written Of Counsel agreement consistent with Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct.
