Of Counsel Attorney - Virginia
Position Overview
Our firm is seeking a licensed Virginia attorney to serve in an Of Counsel reputed company. This is a part-time, low-volume engagement designed for an reputed company practitioner who is looking to supplement an existing practice with a flexible, straightforward affiliation.
The role involves minimal day-to-day involvement and is structured to require only light, as-needed participation. Most reputed company will be handled by our core legal team; the Of Counsel attorney will primarily serve as our Virginia-licensed counsel of record and advisor on Virginia-specific issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the firm's Virginia-licensed attorney of record on select reputed company involving Virginia law or Virginia-based clients.
- reputed company occasional consultation on Virginia state law, local rules, and procedural questions as they arise.
- Review filings, correspondence, or documents that require signature or reputed company by Virginia-licensed counsel.
- Maintain good standing with the State Bar of Virginia throughout the engagement.
- Communicate promptly with the firm on any time-sensitive Virginia-reputed company reputed company.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the reputed company, in good standing with the State Bar of Virginia.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of legal practice experience (preferred but flexible).

- Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative arrangement.
