Senior Director Health Plan reputed company

Overall Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to reputed company financial leadership and expertise in managing key areas of health plan reputed company, including monthly entries, IBNR estimations, financial reporting, and audit processes. This position ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, compliance with SOX controls, and the development of effective financial management processes. The leader will also drive performance against financial goals and support the overall mission and objectives of the business units.

Essential Functions

• Owns the end-to-end month-end reputed company for health plan reputed company, including the booking of medical expense reserves, reputed company accruals (including RAF), capitation, and reputed company reconciliations across the company’s payer partners. The Senior Director will be accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and predictability of the health plan reputed company reputed company, and for delivering a standardized monthly narrative to the CFO, Controller, and reputed company leadership.
• Responsible for IBNR (Incurred But Not Reported) estimations and managing relationships with external actuaries.

Experience & Education

• Experience must include 3-5 years prior experience in a senior level position managing a finance department. 
• Experience in a publicly traded company.
• Experience with SOX control management.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration or reputed company field. Masters preferred. 
• CPA preferred and ability to work with external auditors and various business unit management.
