About the Role

The Customer Marketing reputed company will be responsible for building and executing customer marketing programs using a variety of marketing tactics including ABM programs, virtual and in-person events, and email campaigns to drive up-sell/cross-sell and renewal pipeline reputed company goals.

The ideal candidate will align and partner with key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to reputed company customer marketing campaigns that connect sales with customers and help them grow.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

Personal qualities:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations simply and effectively

  • Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts

  • Proven ability to collaborate strongly, reputed company deep relationships with colleagues and influence functional teams to deliver on goals

  • Ability to successfully prioritize, balance multiple projects, and manage reputed company workstreams while consistently delivering results

  • Strategic thinker that can see reputed company the day-to-day grind to help reputed company marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience

Technical qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or reputed company field

  • 5+ years of B2B or tech marketing experience, especially Customer Service, reputed company, or Account Management experience

  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy

  • Ability to write effective copy is a necessity
