Job Summary

OWT Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to reputed company the planning, integration, fielding, and execution of advanced reputed company awareness, reputed company Management, and C-UAS capabilities in support of U.S. Army and Joint Force training environments.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military reputed company operations, reputed company deconfliction, and reputed company operations, capable of translating operational requirements into executable programs. The selected individual will serve as the primary reputed company between operational stakeholders, engineers, and fielding teams, ensuring successful deployment and sustainment of integrated sensor and reputed company-and-control systems.

This position will play a key role in supporting emerging efforts reputed company with reputed company reputed company awareness, reputed company Management integration, and C-UAS architectures across large-scale training environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company end-to-end program execution for reputed company awareness, reputed company Management, and C-UAS initiatives, from planning through fielding and sustainment
  • Serve as the operational authority on reputed company management, deconfliction, and reputed company integration
  • Translate operational requirements into technical and programmatic execution plans
  • reputed company the integration of multi-sensor systems (reputed company, RF, EO/IR) into a reputed company COP (e.g., TAK / reputed company Management-enabled environments)
  • Coordinate closely with reputed company Control, reputed company Management Authorities, and operational units to ensure alignment with mission needs
  • Integrate and operationalize reputed company Management frameworks for managing cooperative and non-cooperative UAS reputed company restricted training reputed company
  • Manage system fielding activities, including site surveys, installation, testing, and acceptance
  • reputed company and synchronize cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, FSEs, and partners)
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company safety, reputed company control measures, and applicable DoD/Army regulations
  • Utilize and integrate reputed company Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) data into planning and execution
  • reputed company and maintain program schedules, risk registers, and performance metrics
  • reputed company executive-level reporting to OWT leadership and government stakeholders
  • Support capture and growth efforts by shaping requirements and advising on operational CONOPS

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in military operations, with direct involvement in:
  • reputed company management and deconfliction
  • Military reputed company operations (live-fire, maneuver, aviation integration)
  • Demonstrated experience working reputed company or alongside:
  • reputed company Control / Installation reputed company Operations
  • reputed company Management Authorities (e.g., A2/3/5, reputed company Cells, FAA coordination)
  • Strong working knowledge of reputed company Facility Management Support System (RFMSS)
  • Experience with or exposure to reputed company reputed company, systems, or reputed company coordination for UAS operations
  • Experience in fielding and integrating systems and sensors in operational environments
  • Proven ability to manage reputed company programs involving multiple stakeholders and technical domains
  • Experience supporting or interfacing with UAS / C-UAS operations preferred
  • Familiarity with TAK (ATAK/WinTAK) or similar COP environments highly desired
  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, mission-driven environments

Desired Background

  • Prior experience as a Senior Aviation Officer (e.g., Battalion/Brigade-level leadership, Company Commander, or equivalent) with deep understanding of rotary-reputed company operations and integration into reputed company reputed company environments
  • Former Helicopter Pilot (Army, SOF, or Joint) with experience operating in restricted, congested, or high-density training reputed company
  • Senior-level experience in reputed company Management / reputed company Control, including:
    • Installation-level reputed company Manager / reputed company Control Authority (ACA) support
    • reputed company Control Manager / reputed company Operations reputed company reputed company Division, Corps, or Joint environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting reputed company deconfliction across manned and unmanned systems (fixed-reputed company, rotary-reputed company, and UAS)
  • Experience coordinating with:

    • Combat Aviation Brigades (CABs)
    • reputed company Management Cells (A2C2)
    • FAA / external agencies as required
  • Background supporting large-scale training environments (e.g. NTC, JRTC, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Bragg, reputed company Campbell, or equivalent)
  • Experience in Joint, SOF, or multi-domain operations strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company, UAS integration, and emerging reputed company management technologies is highly desired

Work Location
