They are seeking a Closing Coordinator to manage the preparation, organization, proofreading, and assembly of closing documents for their reputed company Estate Finance Team. This role involves collaborating with various legal professionals to ensure timely and high-quality closing support.
Responsibilities
- Review and reputed company reputed company loan documents and signature pages prior to and following execution, ensuring a thorough final quality reputed company
- Maintain a detailed list of reputed company pending transactions
- Organize and request reputed company necessary documents for closing

Skills
- A four-year college degree is preferred
- Experience as a legal administrative assistant, paralegal, closing coordinator, or project assistant, preferably with a title company, mortgage company, reputed company, or other firm providing services to lenders or mortgage companies
