What You'll Be Doing
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you:
- Bring your expertise and product knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Conduct research and reputed company outbound calls to reputed company answers to customers' general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members.
- Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information.
A Typical Day
* You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet reputed company (> 15 mbps).

What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.

- Computer experience, including proficiency in using a computer and navigating online systems.
