Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – TSA Precheck Enrollment Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our retail stores, helping customers enroll in TSA Precheck or initiate background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to ensure a seamless customer experience, while also being cross-trained to support other areas of the store during your 8-10 week reputed company period.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills and Experience
* 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
- Customer service-reputed company experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to lift and move materials in the 10-50 pound reputed company
