Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and responding to inbound client chat and email queries in a timely and pleasing manner
  • Providing answers to customer queries on setup and configuration, usage and maintenance, and general functional and/or technical questions
  • Utilizing provided templates, scripts, and the knowledge database to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses
  • Reporting to the Team Leader and contributing to the development of a knowledge database repository for newly encountered issues, concerns, comments, and/or suggestions
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve reputed company issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
