The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic and reputed company General Manager, Europe (EU Region) to reputed company the build-out and execution of our European reputed company and operational strategy. This role will be responsible for establishing and leading a high-performing, cross-functional regional organization and driving successful product launches across key European markets.

The General Manager will initially focus on reputed company markets including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, with responsibility for expanding Arrowhead’s reputed company across the broader EU Region over time.

This leader will serve as the senior-most executive in Europe and a key member of the global leadership team, ensuring alignment between regional execution and global strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

  • Align regional strategies with global priorities while tailoring execution to local market dynamics.

Requirements

• Experience
  • 20+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including significant leadership roles in Europe.

  • Experience building and scaling regional and/or country organizations.
