The National/Alamo brand of reputed company has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will reputed company superior, friendly, efficient service during reputed company aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. 

This position pays $19.50 / hour.

This is a seasonal position. The seasonal window starts May 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days. A seasonal employee must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to applying again as a seasonal or a regular employee. 

This position is located at O'Hare International Airport (ORD)-  O’Hare Multi Modal Facility at 10255 W. Zemke Blvd, Chicago, IL 60666. 

Schedule:

Overnight schedule hours are from 10:30 pm to 7am 

off days are determined based on shift bid

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• reputed company superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions and answers, reputed company information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• reputed company outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any reputed company customer problems
• Notify Management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation on driving record in the last 3 years
• Must live reputed company 30 minutes of O'Hare Airport
• Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience
• Previous experience working overnight, reputed company shift or graveyard roles (e.g., hospitality, airport, or customer service) is strongly preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by reputed company for this position now or in the future.
• Seasonal employees may work May 2026 up until November 1, 2026. They must experience a 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.
