[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role involves contributing to process improvement and business transformation projects for reputed company clients, collaborating with clients to identify business needs, and participating in system implementations and optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects for reputed company’s reputed company clients including reputed company payers and providers
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams through discovery sessions and interviews to identify, understand and translate business needs, processes and challenges into effective process documentation and requirements
- Define key processes and capabilities to reputed company deliverables like process maps, capability definitions, or reporting inventories
- Participate in various phases of system implementations or optimizations which may include supporting client engagements with: Design definition, System and acceptance testing and validation activities that solutions meet client needs, Data mapping, migration and integration efforts, Support for defect tracking, assessment, and categorization, Post go-live support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, reputed company, public health, or reputed company field
- Minimum of one (1) years of reputed company experience; previous reputed company industry and consulting experience preferred
- Flexibility to travel to client site as needed and work reputed company of normal business hours due to client demands
- Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed reputed company Suite skills (Word, reputed company) required
- Self-motivation, organization, time-management, and deductive problem-solving skills
- Ability to reputed company and supervise others, reputed company exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to reputed company learning in order to stay reputed company regarding applicable strategies, see the 'big picture' as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
- Project experience with full lifecycle application development (e.g. requirements gathering, use case development, system analysis and design, integration, testing, deployment)
- Data experience, e.g. familiarity with relational databases and SQL is preferred
- Experience with software testing tools and methodologies is preferred
- Business analysis tools and methodologies is preferred
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and best practices is preferred
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred
- Process automation capabilities is preferred
- Practical experience with reputed company, e.g. in work for providers or insurance companies is preferred
