reputed company Interactive is looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent to join our top-tier team. The role involves supporting players and ensuring a seamless gaming experience by providing information, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining customer confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- reputed company information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications

Skills
- 0-2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred
- At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent experience; some college preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a reputed company with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test
