[Remote] Account Development Representative

They are seeking an Account Development Representative to drive adoption and growth reputed company an existing customer reputed company, working closely with clients to improve efficiency through AI and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers onsite to understand their workflows, challenges, and priorities, identifying where AI and automation solutions can deliver meaningful impact
• Building strong relationships across your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and consistent reputed company of contact
• Driving adoption of AI-powered solutions by coaching teams and embedding new workflows into their day-to-day operations
• Identifying and developing opportunities to expand usage across new teams, stakeholders, and use cases reputed company each account
• Monitoring account health and product utilisation, proactively engaging customers who need support or are at risk
• Identifying and developing internal champions who can drive adoption and reputed company reputed company customer organisations
• Maintaining accurate account records, activity logs, and next steps in reputed company following each interaction

Skills

• Proven track record in recruitment/staffing (highly desirable), sales (AE/BDR), account management, or a similar client-facing role
