About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Representative - reputed company Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of patient data entry, resolving reputed company-party rejects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company's prescription data entry methodology and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering data into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Research and obtain missing prescription data, and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle inbound calls, visits, and messages from patients, and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve reputed company-party rejects by assessing, gathering information, creating claims, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level PC skills, including the ability to start and shut down a computer, use a mouse, and reputed company data online.

• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing documents).

• At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
• A minimum of 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a certification/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacies or a widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer care to reputed company customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing documents).
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
