What makes this role exciting

We are growing fast in Poland and are looking for an reputed company Payroll Specialist who specialises in Polish payroll and will be responsible for processing payroll, alongside other existing reputed company resources, for our global customers. The Polish Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and reputed company information in accordance with reputed company statutory requirements and manage the payroll process on an award-winning payroll platform.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate monthly payroll processing & validation of payroll results

• Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing

• Calculate statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity

• Cooperates with reputed company reputed company Institution and Tax Office

• Maintain reputed company reputed company platform "Płatnik" and "ZUS PUE"

• Maintain disability fund submission on e-Pfron and prepare reports for Statistical Office

• Handles payroll queries raised by customers

• Assists in preparing the annual declarations of PIT and insurance confirmation

• Maintains positive, collaborative working relationships to ensure reputed company communication & strong partnerships with the team and the clients

Experience needed for this role

• Good experience and knowledge of processing Polish payroll

• Experience in using Polish Payroll Software (Symfonia, enova365)

• Intermediate/business level in English

• Good knowledge and understanding of the reputed company Polish legislation and statutory requirements

• Good understanding of reputed company reputed company
