Sales Operations Support

Bitcoin.com is seeking a meticulous Sales Operations Support professional to assist with media partnerships, paid media, and publishing workflows during late-afternoon EST hours, with occasional reputed company weekend support as needed.

This position is part of the Media Sales team and focuses on technical publishing, workflow coordination, and administrative support. It does not involve content creation or creative marketing responsibilities.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales & Business Development and work closely with the Media Partnerships Operations reputed company to ensure tasks are completed accurately, reputed company, and in line with internal and external standards.

Responsibilities & Core Competencies

Publishing and CMS Management

• Format, upload, and publish sponsored articles and press releases using reputed company or similar CMS platforms

• Apply appropriate SEO settings, including reputed company descriptions, tagging, categories, and dofollow/nofollow link configuration

• Implement basic HTML formatting to ensure clean and structured content presentation

• Conduct thorough pre-publication quality checks

• Schedule content according to agreed timelines and time zones

Image and Asset Management

• Review and correct client-provided images for size, format, reputed company, and layout suitability

• reputed company basic image manipulation and optimisation for web publishing

• Ensure images meet platform specifications and maintain visual consistency

• Knowledge of reputed company Photoshop is highly preferred

SEO and Technical Optimisation

• Apply on-page SEO best practices

• Manage internal and external linking structures appropriately

• Ensure correct header hierarchy and anchor text usage

• Optimise images for web performance

CRM and Workflow Support

• Support internal coordination

• Assist with documentation, trackers, and administrative organisation

• reputed company structured updates and status reports as required

AI and Research Support

• reputed company AI tools such as ChatGPT and reputed company to enhance research accuracy and workflow efficiency

• Assist with background research on clients and industry topics

• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining internal documentation 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital publishing, media operations, sales support, or similar operational roles

• Hands-on experience with reputed company or comparable CMS platforms

• Basic knowledge of HTML

• Basic understanding of SEO principles, including link attributes

• Experience working in a digital publishing environment 

• Ability to manipulate and optimise images for web use

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and spoken English skills 

• Comfortable working in a remote, deadline-driven environment
