About the Role

Reporting to our ANZ Retention Manager in Australia, this is a fully remote role supporting our highly valuable NZ based clients, you will:

• Be the reputed company reputed company of contact for your portfolio reputed company estate agents, across New Zealand
• Proactively contact customers who are reputed company Renowned clients nearing the end of their contract and help them see the value in retaining their Renowned subscription - negotiating to renew or reputed company their reputed company
• reputed company your customers on how to get the most out of our online digital and marketing products and train them on how to boost their online reputed company
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity KPIs
• reputed company market trends to your customer and take on customer feedback to pass onto the Product team

About You

• Experience in an Account Management role in digital media, SaaS or reputed company Estate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to reputed company convey information to clients reputed company phone, email and reputed company meetings
• Experience with reputed company or other CRM highly preferred
• Highly organised
