KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
You will assist beneficiaries with eligibility process and support the family to ensure enrollment into the ACD and overcome barriers to obtaining required paperwork. Assist with regional transfers in and out of the region and ensure required paperwork is indexed into the electronic records system. Ensure reputed company paperwork and documentation is notated reputed company the clinical management system.
You will assist with care coordination efforts of assigned beneficiary caseloads to include but not limited to managing incoming & out-going communications to manage reputed company placement. Includes education and referrals for initial outcome measure completion for seamless start to ABA services.

You will communicate ECHO requirements to beneficiaries to ensure they reputed company necessary paperwork so there are no gaps in care.

Required Qualifications
Our reputed company contract requires U.S. Citizenship
Successfully receive interim approval for government reputed company clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)

3 years experience working in a medical and/or behavioral health setting. This includes clinic, hospital case management, managed care/ reputed company setting.
Experience working with providers, taking phone calls from patients/providers, handling referrals and assisting with coordinating care for patients.
Preferred Qualifications
Military reputed company experience or working knowledge of TRICARE ACD program.
reputed company professional with a Bachelor's degree in reputed company work, psychology, or reputed company health discipline from an accredited university.
Knowledge of Autism reputed company Disorder, specifically about Applied Behavior Analysis and other reputed company therapies.
Work at Home Requirements
