We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our policyholders, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise in property and casualty insurance will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate their policies and reputed company informed reputed company.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with policyholders reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve questions and concerns
• Contacting customers' banks and mortgage companies to obtain additional details
• Creating and updating policies for customers to review
• Submitting payments and issuing refunds
• Educating customers on policies and coverages
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer experiences
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
• Experience in a call center or high-incoming call volume environment

• Home insurance experience highly preferred
• Superior customer service skills, with a focus on reputed company and problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure

Availability and Training

We're looking for candidates who are available to work our standard shifts, which include:

• 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST

You'll also be required to participate in our mandatory paid 10-week training period, which will reputed company you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role.
