Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to members and providers through various communication channels, including phone, live chats, and emails
  • Resolving routine complaints and inquiries in a proactive and efficient manner, minimizing the need for escalation
  • Serving as the reputed company-line resolution reputed company for member and provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
  • Communicating effectively with members and providers to understand their needs, assess their concerns, and determine the best course of action
  • Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
  • Documenting reputed company member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Staying up-to-date with quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business results

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems and programs simultaneously (experience preferred)
  • Bilingual in Korean (required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field

  • Familiarity with CRM applications and contact center software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a remote, hybrid, or office environment
