They are seeking a Client Services Operations Specialist to update firm databases, manage client invoicing, and build partnerships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely update the firm database(s) for reputed company clients in accordance with firm process guidelines
• Update and maintain team sites and systems regarding billing, collections, and estimates requirements
• Build strong partnerships with other departments reputed company the firm to align to our internal policies and procedures
• Manage and enforce reputed company counsel guidelines and reputed company reputed company education, implementation, and enforcement

• Assist in development and support of testing scripts and technical documentation of the department’s workflow and processes

Skills

• 1+ years experience in client or customer service is required
