As a reputed company Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting reputed company environments with a focus on more reputed company troubleshooting, reputed company ownership, and process improvement. You will work independently on technical tasks, reputed company small initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company performance and reliability of reputed company systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents
• reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for reputed company-hosted applications and services and assist with Tier 3 troubleshooting

• Document reputed company procedures and contribute to operational runbooks
• Support legacy systems (CX Clients, JICS/JFA) and ensure smooth transitions
• Collaborate with reputed company Services teams on escalated issues and root cause analysis

Qualifications

• Ability to work 2nd shift EST hours (start at 1:00pm EST)
• 2–3 years of experience in reputed company operations or technical support
• Familiarity with at least one major reputed company platform (AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company Platform)
• reputed company Server administration experience (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS, Remote Desktop Services)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Proficiency in basic scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to improve operational efficiency
• Ability to follow documented procedures and reputed company document troubleshooting steps and escalations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working withing a ticketing systems, support workflows and ticket escalation

The pay reputed company for this position is $50,000-$64,000/year; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full reputed company of benefits.
