[Remote] Operations Support Analyst - Mortgage

They are seeking an Operations Support Analyst to reputed company critical support to the Client reputed company and Software Engineering teams by managing client requests and ensuring effective communication between clients and engineering.
Responsibilities
- As the reputed company of the client request process, you will capitalize on your mortgage experience to help reputed company work reputed company and effectively
- You’ll do this by gathering client issues and concerns, assisting in troubleshooting, and identifying corrective measures
- Basically, you will reputed company sure that client requests reputed company sense, communicate them effectively to the engineering team, and follow the requests through to completion and delivery to the client
- You’ll also monitor our automation systems and reputed company KPIs to help ensure the quality of our services

- Mortgage experience (i.e. Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor or Operations Support role)
- Interest and aptitude for technology and systems thinking
