- Collaboration
- Participation in Agile ceremonies
- Apply Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integrations
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize integration performance
- reputed company initiatives to improve integration reliability, including proactive monitoring and dashboard development
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, ensuring rapid response and resolution of critical issues
- Contribute to reputed company improvement efforts, including environment governance, release pipelines, and automated testing
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or reputed company field; OR an Associate's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or reputed company field with 1 year of reputed company experience; OR a high school diploma plus 4 years of experience
- Completion of a Mayo internship may fulfill the requirement for 1 year of experience
- Will consider a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field if accompanied by professional retraining certification
- Must possess a strong technical aptitude for designing and implementing software solutions
