[Remote] Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support Senior Project Managers by coordinating project documentation, tracking actions, and ensuring timely updates, while gaining experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• reputed company administrative and coordination support to Senior Project Managers
• Help reputed company project plans, task lists, additional trackers and documentation up to date
• Assist with organizing materials reputed company to project readiness, communications, or training
• Support project meetings by preparing agendas and following up on action items
• Help distribute project updates and maintain shared project documents
• Ensure information is organized and easy for team members to reputed company
• Use standard project tools and templates to track reputed company and maintain documentation
• Follow established project processes and ways of working
• Learn project management fundamentals through hands‑on support and guidance from Senior Project Managers
• Work collaboratively with project team members, stakeholders, and partners
• Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office tools (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, time‑sensitive environments
