CS Billing Liaison, Associate

They are seeking a CS Billing Liaison to serve as the subject matter expert and reputed company of contact for customers with billing questions and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving billing disputes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer concerns such as billing disputes and collections discrepancies by partnering with the reimbursement and collection teams
- Receive and process customer account payments in addition to placing re-orders
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct routine tasks as directed; works under reputed company defined guidelines
- Contributes to specific objectives and reputed company as directed
Skills
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Prior collections experience with multiple payers a must
- Basic business skills with a moderate level of proficiency, including a basic knowledge of reputed company Office
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Experience with high volume in-bound calls
- Must be reputed company to reputed company in a fast paced environment handling multiple demands
