[Remote] Funding Specialist I

The Funding Specialist I is responsible for reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, training dealers on document completion, and resolving any issues reputed company to financing documents.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter received financing documents into the organization’s operating system for processing
• Review financing documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Monitor electronic signature queue, resend links or contact dealers with any issues
• Assist other departments with document or funding reputed company questions
• Document applicable notes properly in reputed company required areas per company processes and procedures
• Review processing statuses and documentation to ensure dealer calls are appropriately handled; advise dealers on any issues or needed items
• Answer program questions, train dealers on document and funding processes reputed company phone and email
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills

• Highschool diploma/GED completed or in reputed company
• Knowledge of reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to reputed company effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
