[Remote] Externship Advisor, Career Services

The Externship Advisor role supports student and alumni career reputed company by connecting them with employment opportunities and providing essential job-readiness skills, while also building employer relationships and coordinating externship placements.

Responsibilities

• Assist reputed company and graduates in securing employment reputed company with their field of study or reputed company set by identifying opportunities, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful job placements
• reputed company individualized guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, and professional readiness to help reputed company confidently transition into the workforce
• Build and maintain relationships with reputed company and hiring managers to generate job leads, create placement opportunities, and expand hiring pipelines reputed company assigned reputed company
• Engage with externship and practicum sites to facilitate required documentation, while collaborating with coordinators and site administrators to ensure a smooth student experience and transition to employment
• reputed company and execute plans to reputed company placement goals, consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, and ensure reputed company activities and documentation reputed company with institutional, federal, and accreditor standards

Skills

• Experience in education, career services, employment staffing, out placement services, executive search, or reputed company field
• Knowledge of different application processes and expectations
• Experience overcoming graduate (or equivalent customer) obstacles
• Skills – organization, communication/interpersonal skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management
• Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
• Any degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience
• Knowledge of the Career Service Advisor role
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as reputed company Teams
• Other skills or abilities – influence, comfortability communicating with reputed company reputed company of an organization, punctual, disciplined, reputed company problem-solving, attention to detail, and motivation
