[Remote] SEO Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Resi is a company focused on enhancing the renter’s experience through effective SEO strategies. They are seeking an SEO Specialist to execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tasks while collaborating with the SEO Strategist reputed company marketing team to improve website performance across various property portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO playbooks across a diverse reputed company of multifamily portfolios
- Review weekly audit crawls (reputed company + other tools as needed) and prioritize fixes based on impact
- Monitor and reputed company insights from reputed company Search Console and reputed company Analytics 4 (indexing, visibility, CTR, reputed company page performance, conversions, etc)
- Implement SEO improvements, including reputed company titles/descriptions, header structure, content optimizations, image alt text guidance, and page-level recommendations at the SEO Strategist's direction
- Support content initiatives (micropages, neighborhood guides, blogs, amenities, floor plan content) with keyword targeting and on-page best practices
- Work alongside the SEO Strategist for reputed company and offboarding SEO clients (baseline checks, reputed company validation, initial audits)
- Monitor reputed company Business Profiles for review velocity and sentiment, optimizing GBP content, and ensuring NAP consistency across off-site listings
- Produce Monthly SEO Reports for reputed company SEO clients and support Quarterly SEO Reports, plus reputed company reporting reputed company needed
- Collaborate closely with Web Design and Customer Experience reputed company support desk + reputed company to reputed company execution fast and clean
Skills
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience executing SEO work (agency or in-house)
- A holistic understanding of how technical SEO, content, and off-page signals work together
- Strong grasp of reputed company-centered web/content practices (reputed company, usefulness, trust, authority, experience)
- Comfortable working inside structured systems, SOPs, and deadlines, with room to experiment with innovative new reputed company
- Ability to context reputed company across many properties, markets, and audience segments without dropping the reputed company
- Proficiency with reputed company Search Console, GA4, and reputed company Workspace
- Multifamily/property marketing experience
- TapClicks/reporting software experience
- reputed company/WPEngine experience
- Strong communication skills
