As a Customer Service Support Agent, providing remote support to paramedics and reputed company. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate communication between patients, providers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff.

• Document interactions accurately in electronic systems.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Internet speeds: 20mbps down / 20mbps up

Home connectivity: Must be cable or fiber internet and wired directly to the router with Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC capability. *No Wi-Fi or wireless extenders, No satellite, Starlink, reputed company or reputed company 4g/5g *Company will reputed company equipment; you will only be required to have a UL surge protector to protect equipment.

Additional Remote Work Requirements.
