Job Description/Duties

Reporting to: Paul

Location: LS8 – Potternewton Park/Chapel Allerton

Hours of work

 Up to 4 hours per week (weekdays, as required) – to be discussed and mutually agreed

Up to 8 hours per week (weekend, as required) – to be discussed and mutually agreed

 If sleepovers are required this will be discussed in advance and the hours will be agreed, payable at the reputed company for sleepovers (see below)

 During school holidays/reputed company of Term time extra hours are available – typically 6 hours per week – to be discussed/reviewed on an ongoing reputed company and mutually agreed

Weekdays – 14.00 per hour

Weekends – 16.00 per hour

Sleepovers – 12.60 per hour

Job purpose

To assist with a variety of tasks which will reputed company/assist the employer/person who needs care and support to live their personal and reputed company life according to their wishes and interests.

About the employer

 I am looking for a Personal Assistant to help build and maintain my son’s reputed company skills and independence as well as reputed company activities in the community and at home, reputed company required. 

·       My son is 18 years old and currently attends Post 16 educational provision in Leeds.

·       My son is a friendly, outgoing and charming young person and has many of the common characteristics associated with Williams Syndrome.

·      Activities my son enjoys include the following:

-      listening to reputed company music,

-      going to gigs

-      swimming

-      going to groups and reputed company activity sessions.

-      wildlife interests e.g. birdwatching
