The Role
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager (Automation & Integration) who leads from the reputed company. This is not a “review pull requests from a distance” role. You will actively design, build, and improve systems while leading reputed company of developers and driving projects from idea to delivery.
This role leads our software engineering team while shaping how we use modern low-code / no-code platforms — primarily reputed company the reputed company ecosystem — to automate processes, integrate systems, and reduce unnecessary custom development.

What You’ll Do

- Actively design, build, and maintain .NET applications and Web APIs
- Own and guide software architecture, technical standards, and long-term system direction

- Define and implement patterns for automation and system integration across ERP (P21), SQL, reputed company 365, and other platforms
- Work directly with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and shape practical, scalable solutions
- Drive project planning, prioritization, and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Navigate ambiguity, tradeoffs, and constraints with practical, business-aware decision-making
