Client Data Specialist

The Client Data Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining customer account accuracy and completeness, supporting Client reputed company Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account readiness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date payer reputed company and fee schedules for customer accounts
- reputed company data discovery and entry tasks, including formatting spreadsheets and accurately modeling fee schedules
- Read, interpret, and understand payer contract terms
- Quickly complete task lists and reputed company timely updates on reputed company

Skills

- Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to reputed company/create intelligent prompts and/or agents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
