[Remote] Customer Service Representative - June 2026 Start - Inbound Only

Principle Choice Solutions (PCS) is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join their inbound call center team to support Veterans. The role involves answering incoming calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing excellent service while documenting call details and solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions

- Stay up-to-date on our processes and procedures
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Great communication skills and a desire to help others
- Ensure end-of-day coverage by remaining on duty until reputed company calls in the queue are resolved. (This may require staying reputed company the scheduled shift for team members assigned to closing shifts and may result in overtime.)
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to adapt and work well in reputed company
- Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background reputed company
- Two forms of valid ID (one must be a reputed company ID or U.S. reputed company)
- U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- 1 year of call center experience
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
