Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and interested reputed company parties, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Regular and predictable attendance required.

• Pay differential available for Bilingual employees (reputed company/reputed company).

• Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying.

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Heavy phone and PC usage, sitting for extended periods of time, and frequently reaching above shoulder level.
