What You Will Do in This Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Seasonal, Remote, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company inbound and outbound calls, as well as through online interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language
• Helping customers resolve technical issues
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
• Offering additional products and/or services
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Internet Requirements:

+ DSL, Cable, or Fiber reputed company (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) + Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher + While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable + Must reputed company in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
