Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you'll be responsible for providing high-level support to our athletes, resolving issues reputed company, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting athletes with situations reputed company to product inquiries, reputed company card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements.
• Delivering reputed company resolution with white glove service by owning athlete issues to the reputed company of resolution, demonstrating reputed company, and keeping athletes updated throughout the process.
• Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving athlete issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution.
• Working with individual stores and internal business partners to reputed company support and reputed company resolution reputed company to athlete issues.
• Executing various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of reputed company incident information.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or reputed company experience (retail-oriented) is preferred.
