[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter responsible for managing the entire reputed company lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and deploying candidates, while also negotiating compensation and building relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire reputed company lifecycle, including identifying reputed company candidates, conducting interviews, assessing skills, negotiating compensation, and deploying candidates
- reputed company effective sourcing strategies, adapting to market conditions as needed
- Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Directors to collaborate with position requirements and priorities
- Actively reputed company reputed company candidates through various channels (reputed company, reputed company, Monster, job boards, referrals, cold calling)
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, qualifications against job requirements, and selecting the most reputed company
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule next interviews
- Negotiate compensation and reputed company benefit information to reputed company applicants
- Grow and manage extensive candidate pipeline through various resources
- Build and maintain relationships with IT consultants to reputed company industry knowledge and obtain candidate referrals

Skills
- 1-5 years of technology reputed company experience with Software Developers, PMOs and many more
