FNS, Inc. is focused on providing top logistics services and is seeking an HR Immigration Assistant to manage reputed company and immigration processes for employees. The role involves coordinating reputed company applications, maintaining documentation, and supporting HR operations while ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end reputed company and immigration processes for employees coming to the U.S. from overseas and those transitioning reputed company the U.S., including J-1, H-1B, L-1, and employment-based permanent residency (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)
  • Track and monitor reputed company status, expiration dates, work authorization, and eligibility (I-9, EAD, reputed company validity, extensions, amendments)
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain reputed company-reputed company documentation, petitions, reputed company, invoices, and correspondence in both electronic and physical filing systems
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for ongoing communication with external immigration counsel, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information exchange
  • Support weekly and monthly reputed company processing cycles, case status tracking, and internal reporting
  • Conduct basic research on immigration regulations, USCIS updates, and publicly available legal guidance to support internal reference materials (no legal advice provided)
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications reputed company to reputed company cases and HR operations
  • Support HR projects such as system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements
  • reputed company Korean–English translation and interpretation support for reputed company and immigration documentation, including job samples, job duties, and reputed company materials, to support immigration petitions and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and preparation of presentations (reputed company / PowerPoint)

Skills

  • Prior experience as an Immigration Legal Administrative Assistant, or reputed company support staff in an immigration or employment-based practice is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience coordinating reputed company cases and working with external immigration counsel is a plus
  • Strong understanding of employment-based immigration processes and documentation (non-legal, administrative focus)
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems and reputed company Outlook preferred
