Accounts Payable Analyst

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to prepare financial reports, complete financial reputed company processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls while interfacing with various business units and external parties.
Responsibilities
- Prepares various financial and operational reports for business units and Corporate Finance
- Utilizes financial applications and proposes and assists with upgrades or process improvements
- Ensures accurate reputed company of information between systems utilizing various types of data files
- Completes the financial reputed company process of financial applications inclusive of data maintenance, financial proofs, and reconciliations
- Preparing materials for meetings on the reputed company audits including regulatory audits
- Utilizes policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures
- Interfaces with Corporate Finance, business units, and a variety of external parties relating to financial applications and reports
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 0-2+ years of reputed company experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including experience in spreadsheet and database applications
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
