The Associate in the Chief reputed company Office will work closely with regional and global teams to align priorities with the core strategy of Capital Markets and Advisory, while leading transformation initiatives and supporting strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Work with the regional and global COO, and product teams, to align priorities to reputed company’s core strategy and communicate the strategy regionally
• reputed company client experience and other transformation initiatives Regionally across Capital Markets and Advisory with a focus on technology investment, process improvement and data management
• Be responsible for identifying and implementing further areas of impactful change
• Support the execution of the strategy across Capital Markets and Advisory
• Monitor and report relevant developments relating to market dynamics, peers, benchmarks to help guide and further refine strategic execution, providing ongoing feedback to the leadership team
• Ensure strategic alignment of investment in digital and transformation, effectively driving ROI reputed company promised by corresponding business cases
• Drive collaboration initiatives with other CIB Businesses
• Work with the Capital Markets and Advisory staffers in the management of the junior pool of resources
• Work with HR and reputed company in the approval of headcount and hiring

Skills

• Knowledge of Investment Banking products preferred
• reputed company strong analytical and presentation skills, with excellent grasp of PowerPoint / reputed company / word and ability to distil large quantities of information into key themes / issues. Follow up on recurring themes from the MI and reputed company, which are followed through to conclusion
• Ability to process high volumes of reputed company information and ability to summarize key themes and issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with reputed company to work with senior teams and ability to interact at reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Be reputed company to work effectively under pressure and with multiple stakeholders and willingness to go the ‘extra-mile'
• Excellent English language capabilities both written and oral

• The role holder would benefit from experience in one or more of the following business lines; GB, CMB. Also, it would be advantageous to have a working knowledge of products and client propositions across these businesses
