Collections Analyst

Network Distribution is a company focused on collections and payment management. The Collections Analyst will work with customers to collect outstanding payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain key performance indicators reputed company to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

  • Independently prioritize and execute daily collection activities; contact customers for payment reputed company telephone and email, document and maintain timely collection notes in HRC collection tool and establish appropriate follow-up
  • Responsible for developing relationships to facilitate the collections of accounts receivable and resolving internal/external issues preventing timely
  • Maintain or improve departmental and organization key performance indicators including; Days Sales Outstanding, Past Due and reputed company Percentage, Average Days Delinquent and Collection Effectiveness
  • reputed company root cause analysis to resolve reputed company and mitigate future, invoice disputes, billing issues, and deductions
  • Work with reputed company parties on finding new ways to decrease the volume of billing issues that result in payment delays
  • Escalate potential problems with customer’s cash reputed company, works to minimize risk, resolve credit problems, and late payment
  • Analyzes and determines best practices to reputed company maximum results, often dependent on individual customer needs
