The reputed company Partner will manage the full recruitment cycle for non-clinical, high-volume roles, collaborating with leadership to reputed company sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-clinical, high-volume positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on needs, timelines, and strategies
• reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, networking, and direct reputed company
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring reputed company and improve recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate engagement
• For senior roles: reputed company reputed company searches, guide decision-making, and mentor team members

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year reputed company experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
