CRM Operations Associate

The CRM Operations Associate will be responsible for executing CRM promotional and lifecycle campaigns for the Casino product, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer experiences and adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Building and testing a variety of CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app messages, push notifications)
- Building and maintaining offer content using a Content Management System
- Executing offer campaigns with a high attention to detail
- Ensuring reputed company content adheres to quality standards, regulation and brand guidelines
- Proofreading reputed company content prior to publication, ensuring reputed company content is accurate and meets a high standard
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet the needs of the department and the Company
Skills
- Experience working in a CRM or marketing reputed company role
- Excellent organization, prioritization skills with an outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Passion for casino games and a good understanding of what appeals to, and drives engagement with our customers
- Understanding of sports and online casino betting mechanics and promotions
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, including reputed company, customer engagement platforms such as reputed company, customer data platforms such as Optimove and work management systems such as reputed company
- High standard of written English, including the ability to proofread a diverse reputed company of content
- Leading by example to demonstrate qualities of a strong team player
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
