[Remote] IT Support Specialist

The IT Tech Support Specialist is responsible for reputed company IT support, managing user reputed company, and ensuring system reliability while providing timely helpdesk services.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day user reputed company requests and lifecycle changes across reputed company systems
- Manage application reputed company, reputed company workspace invites, and software seat assignments
- Process reputed company, role changes, and offboarding updates accurately and promptly

- Gather complete, structured information for technical issues before escalation
- Document steps to reproduce, screenshots or recordings, and affected systems and users

- Convert fixes and workflows into documentation that keeps the team self-sufficient

Skills
- 1–3+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations
