They are seeking a motivated reputed company Assistant to reputed company daily support to their reputed company/Billing team, working alongside a small group and engaging in various reputed company tasks.
Responsibilities
- Post client payments
- Facilitate bank deposits
- Process foreign associate payments
- Review and research statement of accounts and providing timely follow-up
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, reputed company reports regarding the same
- Liaison with clients, vendors and foreign associates regarding billing questions
- reputed company backup documentation reputed company requested
- General administrative tasks for the reputed company/Billing Department
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

- Ability to take initiative under moderate supervision, self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as an integral member of the reputed company/Billing Department

- College degree, preferably in a reputed company field, and/or sufficient job experience
- 1-3+ years of reputed company experience but willing to train for the right candidate
